Before we go out and look at Salt Lake City homes, we’ll need to determine how much you can afford, to assure we stick to a price range that you are comfortable with. Once we know your price range, we start touring homes.
There are many ways to go about searching for your home. Some clients email me the Salt Lake homes they want to see and some want me to identify homes for them. Typically, we work together on this.
When we go out to tour Salt Lake homes, I’m constantly looking over the positives and negatives of each home just as you are. What condition are the major mechanical systems? Is this home a good value? How’s the location? How well does this home meet your needs?
We discuss these factors as we tour homes so I can better understand what’s important to you and so you can learn more about each home and neighborhood.
Only you can choose your home. My roll is to educate and guide you so you can make an informed decision and choose the best home for you!
Experience and Local knowledge:
The best way to learn skills is not in a class room, it’s by performing them over and over again in the field. That’s why representing clients on their Salt Lake home and condo purchase is the primary source of education for a Salt Lake City Realtor®. I also take real estate classes on a regular basis, but it’s time representing and working with clients that keeps me sharp!

Once you find a home you’re excited about, I go to work to determine the value of the home and then we discuss a negotiation strategy based on everything I can determine about the home and the seller. This is part of the education process so you make an informed decision and choose a great home that meets your needs.
Once you come to terms with a seller and go under contract to purchase a home, I manage the transaction to make your home purchase as smooth as possible and keep you informed all the way through.
